Recipe:
2-4 cup fresh full cream milk / powder milk
2-3 tablespoon honey
5 tablespoons baking soda
5 drops lavender essential oil

1) Pour milk into a glass bowl
2) Add the baking soda and honey, and stir, mixing well.
3) Add the essential oil, drop by drop, and then mix again.
4) Pour the milk mixture into a warm bath.

Note:
*For best skin whitening and softening results, exfoliate your body with a mild scrub before you soak.

*You can also add other natural ingredients such as oatmeal and essential oils to boost the beautifying effects of your homemade milk bath.

Benefits:

Milk removes dead skin cells and softens skin. It also nourishes and soothes, so it’s especially good for dry skin, or skin that seems to have lost its vitality.

Honey's natural antioxidant and anti-microbial properties help to protect the skin from the damage of the sun's rays, supports the skin's ability to rejuvenate and refresh depleted skin, leaving it feeling silky soft and supple.

Baking Soda has a skin-softening effect and gives the bathwater a silky feel. It is also great for soothing itchy skin too.

Lavender oil is a soothing addition to the bath. Its scent is both uplifting and calming.

Random Thoughts of The Day

Have you ever been walking down the street and realized that you're going in the complete opposite direction of where you are supposed to be going? But instead of just turning a 180 and walking back in the direction from which you came, you have to first do something like check your watch or phone or make a grand arm gesture and mutter to yourself to ensure that no one in the surrounding area thinks you're crazy by randomly switching directions on the sidewalk. Hah!

Health Benefits of Kiwi Fruit

One kiwi is approximately 45 calories and provides Vitamins C and E, fiber, copper, potassium, magnesium, and manganese.

Tone Your Skin

This fruit is rich in ascorbic acid (vitamin C) which works as an astringent to neutralize bacteria and tighten the skin's pores.

Toner Made Easy

Mash one kiwi and pour one-half cup of boiling water over it. Let it stand until it cools.

Add one-half tablespoon of vodka and blend well. Apply using a cotton ball.

This will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for a week to ten days.

Dweam.

Most people have dreams or nightmares. Dweam is like a dream that cannot be classified into either category and is somewhere in between, starts off really great then gradually turns into a twisted series of events that you have no control over.

Well,I had it. It was full of drama and panic.

Over and over, the dream repeated itself, like a loop of film, until I felt like I was going mad. In the end, I woke up when Mama came and banging at the door wanting to know if I ever intended to get up. Alhamdulillah,I was just so relieved when I heard her voice and realized that I was safe in my bed, and not trapped in my dreamworld.

Bad Dreams Should Not Be Disclosed
Nabi Muhammad (S) said, ...If he has a dream that he dislikes, then it is from Shaitan. He should seek refuge with Allah from its evil, and he SHOULD NOT MENTION IT TO ANYBODY, then it will not harm him." (Sahih Al-Bukhari) If one does tell somebody about the bad dream then there could be the chance that some harm will come out of it.
